Guided By The Spirit: A Lent Class for Adults, Rooted in the Fruits of The Spirit
March 10 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Join us for on Mondays through Lent for a transformative journey through children’s literature using Galatians 5:22-24 as our guide. Together we will explore love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, reflecting on how each of these can deepen our faith and guide our daily interactions with those around us.
We invite you to come as you are! Whether you are new to taking a class during this holy season or are looking to observe Lent a little differently, “Guided By The Spirit” seeks to be a welcoming space for all to connect, learn, and grow with others from around the diocese. Classes are led by clergy and lay members from around the Diocese of East Carolina.
Each week we will explore a new book. You do not need to read or prepare anything ahead of time. Join us at 7 PM for Prayers for Early Evening from Daily Devotions in the Book of Common Prayer, followed by the sharing of the story for the week and discussion. You can register
